Advanced Along Track Scanning Radiometer
This instrument is a multi-channel imaging Radiometer primarily used for providing data concerning global Sea Surface Temperatures (SST). It is one of the instruments carried on the European Space Agency's ENVISAT satellite. For more information, read here:
